How far in advance should I place my order?

All orders require a minimum of 5 days' notice. Availability is not guaranteed and is based on our current order schedule. Rush orders may be accommodated when availability permits and may be subject to an additional rush fee.

How do I place an order?

All order requests should be submitted through our website using the Order Request Form. Once your request is received, we will review it within 48–72 hours and contact you regarding availability and next steps. Submitting a request does not confirm your order.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is not confirmed until availability has been verified and the required payment or deposit has been received. You will receive an invoice after your order request has been reviewed and approved.

When is payment due?

Accepted Answer

Orders of $50 or less require full payment. Orders of $55 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 2 days before pickup or delivery. Payment or the required deposit must be received within 24 hours of the invoice to secure your order.
